Dear Valued Tenants,
As of December 4, 2019, Christian Anderson retired as the property manager for the Plaza at Royal Palm LLC. Allison Raymond will be acting Property Manager as of today. She will be visiting each of you to introduce herself and will look forward to meeting with each of you in the next few days. We will be opening a temporary management office at 10341 Royal Palm Boulevard to meet all of your needs. Our Accountant, Lisa Kenny, will maintain her position and Jeune will remain the maintenance supervisor.
Effective immediately checks may no longer be left at 10375. We ask for your assistance in either mailing them to our mailing address at 251 Royal Palm Way, Suite 215, Palm Beach, FL 33480; or contacting Lisa for direct deposit or credit card acceptance.
Currently, the parking lot is in the final stage of completion. The center looks better than ever. The roof repairs are in process and hurricane screens will arrive in a few weeks. We look forward to other suggestions you may have to maintain the beauty and appeal of the shopping center.
